Gateway Realty Services Inc's exclusive On-Call Program enable buyers, sellers, investors to pursue their own Real Estate endeavors, but provides them with the added confidence of having a professional Real Estate expert "on-call".
Consulting is a approach to providing Real Estate solutions,
rather than the traditional event-based approach. That means you pay for services when you need and want them - a pay as you go approach - rather than paying for a bundle of services at one time, usually at closing.
Have a problem that you cannot solve? Need an evaluation of a property outside a sales transaction? Simply pick up the phone, call us and tell us the situation, we will evaluate it and begin the curative process.
Our Realtor agent fees begin at just $150 per hour, and you only pay for the time that you need and use.
Individual GRS agents are members of the National Association of Real Estate Consultants (NAREC) and hold the COnsumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) certification.
Other Real Estate agents are graduate Real Estate Consultants and hold the GREC certification, and some have both certifications. These certifications are awarded only to those agents of training, expertise and professionalism.
All GRS agents are professionally trained and certified as Real Estate Consultants.
